Saturday was graduation day. A great day, to be sure, made better only by the discovery that after a long day of slow drinking, the key to being able to rally to make it to be bar is a quick run-through of the Booty Beat DVD. Flirty Girl’s secrets appear to be many.
I actually feel a little stronger today. I’ve been doing the Chair Fit, which is mostly strength and toning, and today I took a break back to the Booty Beat, and I feel great. Now, if only I can keep the ridiculous partying down for a little bit, I think I may make some progress.
My brother Sean, who is training for his second Iron Man, has agreed to come by and give it a whirl. That should be fun.
Today was my last day of the Booty Beat dvd. Today also completes my first full week of Flirty Girl. It’s going well. I’m looking forward to the first day of the chair dancing routine.
Also, I forgot to post last week - I have 30DaysFlirtyNights buttons and swag for anyone that comes to participate. Open invitation. It’s fun.
And Also Also, I haven’t been good about posting every day. That will change, it will be daily from now on.
Did day 2 of Booty Beat this morning. I’m getting pretty good at the dance routine, but the core/ab work stuff is kicking my ass. I was definitely sore today, but I’m getting pretty good at poppin that booty out and looking super, super hot. (TM)
Perfect timing on everything. Pole came yesterday, DVD’s came today, start date is tomorrow.
Aside from the DVD titles like Booty Beat, Chair Dance, Chair Fit, and Just Teasing, I knew this thing was for reals because it came with a bottle of Essential Boost Green Tea Extract pills. I’m not sure if I paid for those or not.
Another interesting thing to note is the “online security” company (?) that called me a bunch of times over the past few days because I ordered the Flirty Girl Fitness DVDs. Apparently they wanted to send me some gas vouchers that I would buy for $1 and I could call when I received them to stop from being charged $30/month, or something like that. Though I was sorely tempted, I declined.
This is why people don’t trust marketers.
